Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept PayPal Express, or you may send a check to our Springfield address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been received by you or shipped. If the order has already been sent, we will attempt to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call us for return instructions.
I canceled my order, but I haven’t received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don’t want?
If you return a defective item within 10 days unused, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount, less any shipping charges. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise that does not have a manufacturing defect. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
On occasion, an order may be delayed due to availability or another situation. Since we are a customized factory, most puppets will be made after you order and will be shipped 3-4 weeks after we receive your order. Books, music cassettes, scripts, in-stock puppets, etc., will be shipped 2-5 days after you place your order.
Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if the ship-to address is inside Missouri. Otherwise, all out-of-state orders will not be charged sales tax.
Shipping FAQs
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via FedEx Ground & Priority Mail is 3-6 days. This is in addition to the 3-4 week time that we need to construct the puppets.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via Priority Mail or FedEX Ground, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, then your order will be shipped by U.S. mail.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. If you use a PO Box, it will be sent by US Mail.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated by a shipping and handling chart based on the subtotal of your completed order. A surcharge may apply if you live in a remote area or in Alaska or Hawaii.
