This delightful foam-based velour or fleece puppet is 22 inches tall with an 7 inch wide head. The hand entrance for the moving mouth is in the back of the head. Body is flat, about 1 inch thick foam based, giving the appearance of a cookie. He comes with permanently attached rod wires for arm movement and can be used as a carry-around puppet or over a puppet stage.
