This 15 inch tall penguin puppet comes complete with moving mouth that has elastic straps for any size of hand to use. He is quality constructed of fake fur and fleece and are foam based. The black does not glow but the white, yellow and orange glow well under blacklight. 

All of our puppets are custom constructed and MADE IN THE USA.  We need 15 business days for construction time and please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery time.
